1. gather feedback on packages
2. gather feedback on web-site design and content
Also give incentives for introduce a prospective hajj and umrah clients?

ASW,

I was looking for an ummrah package leaving for the last 10 days of Ramadhan. I made many calls and spoke to various travel agents all of whom were quoting extortionate prices with limited availability and inadequate hotel amenities. I was referred to the Al-Amannah group by a friend, following our initial meeting an itinerary was discussed and subsequently e-mailed to me for approval. I was quite specific with my budget and dates, therefore looking for a package that would cater for my needs was challenging to say the least. Throughout this period the brothers at Al-Amannah maintained regular contact with me and kept me updated on progress and costs, the travel advisors were very helpful and were able to change or tweak the package which would benefit me and keep the cost to a minimum. By the grace of Allah SWT a tailored package was created which was bespoke and readily available.
Prior to our flight departure we were taken for a pre-flight meal so that all travellers could meet and greet each other and familiarise themselves with one another. The atmosphere was very calmn and everyone felt welcome.

Our travels commenced and we left on our spiritual trip to Saudi we were greeted by two scholars Rafiq Bux and Khalid Hussain both of whom were deputed to provide spiritual guidance, lectures but most importantly ensure that our time was spent wisely. On arrival into Mecca we were quickly escorted to our private transport and during each stage our representatives were on hand to deal with any issues or queries. We arrived at our hotel Le Meridian, it was exactly the way it was sold to me, 5* Star which included a lounge, separate en-suite wash areas and a kitchen which could be replenished with food. The hotel was fully equipped including all the amenities that you would expect in a 5* equivalent in the UK. Our inclusive meals included a variation of buffets from different parts of the world.
The hotel was some distance away from the haram however with a dedicated route and shuttle service we could be in the haram within 4mins (This was timed).
Throughout our stay we were constantly updated, the representatives pro-actively checked on us to ensure everything was fine.

We then moved on to Medina Sharif, arrangements were made and private transport was waiting to ferry passengers and luxury in comfort. On arrival into Medina we checked into the Movenpick literally on the doorstep of haram, again the standards could not be faulted. Like the stay in Mecca the representatives catered for all of our needs and ensured this was a memorable experience.

Overall, a fantastic team with a big heart who looked after all of our needs and requests. A budgeted package including 5* amenities with experienced scholars definitely gets the thumbs up from me.

Thankyou to Brother Zabir, Brother Edris, Brother Uwais, Brother Rafiq, Brother Khalid and all the other brothers who made this visit truly memorable

I do not normally write reviews, but this is an exception.

By the grace of the Almighty A.S.W.T, I had the fortunate opportunity to spend 2 weeks of Ramadhan in Umrah. I was contacted by an Al Amaanah agent who informed me that they were tailoring a package for young professionals, I was intrigued.
I was further invited to a presentation were the full itinerary was explained and I also had the chance to input my own suggestions into the package and meet fellow professionals that I would be travelling with.

Initially even though I had reservations about the location of the hotels, they turned out to be truly 5 * and not the hassle I had expected. To cut the story short AL-AMAANAH delivered on their promises and more eg. Al Amaanah found one of the hotels in Madinah not suitable so the Agent out of thier own pockets upgraded to 5* Movenpick hotel, this action was not incumbent on Al-Amaanah, but purely out of goodwill/character they took it upon themselves to ensure that the group was not inconvenienced in any way whatsoever.

Alhumdulllilah Al-Amaanah provided value for money and also a great experience. Keep it up!

As Salam Alaykum Al-Amaanah

The days that my family and myself spent in the Holy City of Makkah will never be forgotton in my life. I've seen it on pictures and TV but it is nothing compared to when you see it in reality. When I first set my eyes on the Kabah, I stood still and stared at it with joy, and offering my supplications. Doing the tawaf around the Kabah and then Safa Marwa was amazing as well seeing thousands of muslims all around the world perfoming Umrah, was unbelievable experience.

To see the magnificent view of Masjid Nabi is also a pleasure and to visit the shrine of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was also my desire which has been accomplished.

The saddest moment in my life was when we left Makkah and Medinah. After having visited the two holiest places on earth you don't want to leave because you know you will not get the feeling you have when you're there. I will not be able to forget this wonderful experience for very long time.

I personally like to thank Waseem Bhai, Uwais Bhai, Fowaz Bhai and last but not least Noor Bhai, who gave us a wonderful hospitality and a chance for us to visit these two holy places on Earth.

I would highly recommend everyone to use Al-Amaanah for their Umrah & Hajj Pilgrimages as I'm sure they won't disappoint you as I will be using them again in near future (inshAllah)
